I have spent more than 20 years in business, working at the intersection of commercial execution, technology, systems thinking, and client delivery.

My experience spans sales and marketing execution for major technology brands including Samsung, Huawei, Sony, LG, and other market-leading companies. It gave me direct exposure to complex commercial ecosystems shaped by go-to-market strategy, channel dynamics, customer behavior, product communication, market activation, and cross-functional execution. That background trained me to connect strategic objectives with real-world implementation and to understand what it takes to turn business direction into coordinated, measurable results.

My path has long included emerging technologies, with a particular interest in blockchain, machine learning, and digital transformation. Over the last five years, I shifted my work fully toward AI literacy, practical AI implementation, and the integration of AI into business systems, workflows, and decision-making environments.

Today, I work primarily with medium-sized B2B companies that want to move beyond AI curiosity and develop real internal capability. My focus is on helping businesses build the foundational layer that is still missing in many organizations: AI literacy, implementation logic, responsible usage, workflow integration, and the strategic understanding required to apply these tools with precision.

I am especially interested in the practical side of adoption. AI as operational leverage. That includes understanding tool fit, mapping use cases, reducing friction between teams and technologies, improving internal processes, and helping companies develop a more mature relationship with AI across functions.

Ethical AI use is also a central part of my work. I see education as the most important foundation in this phase of AI development, because without literacy, implementation becomes fragmented, shallow, or risky. With the right educational base, businesses can adopt AI with more clarity, stronger judgment, and better long-term outcomes.

At the same time, empowering women has remained a consistent thread throughout my career. I am deeply committed to creating stronger access to knowledge, technology, and opportunity for women. I am also the founder of Business Club Italy, an initiative focused on building community and supporting women in tech.

Based in Italy, I currently work across the Italian, Austrian, and German markets, bringing together business depth, technology fluency, and a strong commitment to responsible AI education and implementation.
